Over 4 yards of this beautiful fabric are hand-pleated into the waistband, which features a drawstring for adjustability to match your desired style. 

This over-skirt is perfect for layering over a pocket skirt or showcasing bloomers. A total length of 41 inches. If you need a different length, please let us know. 

This skirt is sized to complement your bodice size and reduce extra bunching at the waist for the best overall look.
