Normally, you will receive the dress within 20 working days. If you need to receive the dress in 10 working days, please pay extra $45 for a rush order here.
We will deliver your items via DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD etc.

Looking for a perfect fit? Each dress could be custom made, and there is no extra cost to do custom sizes. Please choose the “Custom Size” when placing the order and leave us your custom size according to the following format at checkout.

4. Packing
Each dress will be packed tightly with a waterproof bag in order to save your shipping cost.

Contact Customer Service to initiate the return process within 24 hours upon receiving your item(s).
The dresses with quality issues like wrong Size, wrong color, wrong style, and damaged condition are fully refundable. We offer 100% Refund, or re-make one, or return 50% if you keep the dress.But if we make the dress according to your specification, it turn out to be wrong, we couldn't accept return and refund. In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they may be. Our shipping service has no additional fees to the USA, and the United Kingdom.
