The Mepilex® Transfer Ag 20cm x 50cm dressing is specifically designed for very large or surgical wounds with moderate to high exudate and a risk of infection. This soft silicone wound contact layer absorbs and transfers exudate to a secondary dressing while providing antimicrobial protection through silver sulphate. It helps maintain a moist wound environment and supports undisturbed healing for complex wound care needs.
