About a modern size M; please allow room for ease and the kind of fit you prefer. Darts inside to alter somewhat smaller or larger. Make sure you allow for enough room to get the kind of fit you like. Slight give to fabric when pulled tight/taut, wherever noted.

Bust (underarm area measured flat across, then doubled) to about 38"/tight 42"

Waist about 29"/tight 30" unbelted

Hips full

Great vintage shape. 

Nitpicks: I believe bodice was taken up slightly above waist seam, subtle and hidden under the belt.
