Changing/Cancelling Subscription
To make modifications to your subscription such as cancelling, changing billing methods, or changing shipping address, please login to your account on our website and select "Manage Subscriptions". If you aren't able to access your account or were given the subscription as a gift, please email [email protected] with any modifications you'd like made.
Please note: We are not able to cancel or refund pre-paid annual subscriptions after the first month's socks have shipped.
