The skirt would have been worn with crinoline underneath for added fullness, but it has a great (yet wearable and modern) volume on its own. I love the pintuck details, and crochet lace trim.
Great vintage condition, with some minor wear commensurate with age, including a very faint/barely visible small spot of discoloration on one sleeve.
